A twenty-minute workbook. Step back, see how far you've come, and decide what still matters.
For the woman who plans, and then life happens
If you're here, you're the woman who sets intentions, goals and plans for her life. Whether that's at the start of the year, come spring, or every birthday.
Then life unfolds. Something or someone else needs you, and the plan quietly stops being the plan. It happens to everyone building around an already full life.
This is the check-in for that. Use it at the end of a week, a month, a quarter, a year — or even on a random Tuesday.
You don't need a new year to start again.
What you set out to do at the start of the year might not be what you're doing now. Priorities move. Something unplanned turns out to matter more. Or it simply stopped feeling right as your taste refined and you grew further into the woman you're becoming.
That isn't drifting. That's what growing looks like.
Anyone who makes anything builds the habit of stepping back. They pause far enough from the work to see the whole thing rather than the bit that isn't finished, and decide what's worth carrying on with. Artists, stylists, designers, directors — it's simply how good work gets made.
Your life deserves the same look.
I wanted something I could actually finish.
I made You Are Here because, like a lot of people, I kept starting over. New notebook, new plan, a clean page every January — and honestly, I rarely looked at what had actually happened in between. Journaling started to feel like a process that took forever, so I made less and less time for it. And being a multi-creative, my goals were scattered anyway — a workbook here, a challenge there, intentions written in four different places.
What I wanted wasn't another blank book to fill. It was something with the right questions already in it. Something I could finish in one sitting and come away understanding where I actually was, against where I'd wanted to be. Not a self-judgment exercise — a way to see why, what still matters, and how I was choosing to move forwards.
So that's what You Are Here is. A short set of prompts you answer, by hand or on screen, in about twenty minutes. Not a journal to keep up with. Something you'll actually complete — and then come back to, at the end of a week, a month, a quarter. Your own check-in ritual.
Free. Eight pages. Yours to print, or fill in on screen.

What twenty minutes gets you
Where you actually are. Not where you meant to be by now. Where you are — and the difference nobody would notice but you.
What still matters. Three things worth carrying forward, and one you're putting down to make space.
Deciding the one thing that comes first. Chosen on purpose, and your very next step — something you can act on now.
By the end you'll see just how far you've actually come — and it's usually further than you think.

And if we haven't met, I'm Sophie.
